BALLET NEEDS BOYS

Hungarian Dance Academy

Context

Hungarian boys used to have Ballet as a very nice cultural option in the past. Being the first dancer in the Hungarian Ballet was a great honor and a much desired and coveted profession for the boys. But changing from the Communist to the Capitalist regime also brought some changes in behavior, and this profession was no longer seen by them as one of the best options. Also, the bullying started with the ones who choose it.

Briefing

Create a campaign that rescued this feeling in the boys, that being a dancer remained a great professional option and that could call them back to the ballet academy.

Concept idea

Using real situations where men are normally requested by women to execute them.

Results

The campaign managed to mobilize and show the cultural value, bringing the boys back to the Hungarian Dance Academy and that feeling to be the best dancer came back.
