AN EXPERIENCE FOR WHO ALREADY KNOW ABOUT WINES AND, MAINLY, FOR WHO DON’T UNDERSTAND SO MUCH AND ARE ASHAMED TO ASK AT THE POS

CHALLENGE

There are hundreds of labels and many people have no idea which one to choose to harmonize with their favorite dish or moment. Anyone who is not a great wine connoisseur has gone through this one day.

Concha Y Toro wanted an innovative action that would increase the market share of its Marquês de Casa Concha label.

SOLUTION

​

Provide a Sommelier service with tips on wines and pairing on WhatsApp.

That was the insight for creating a Real Time Marketing action that connected sommeliers to consumers, carrying out a special consultancy at the time of purchase, through WhatsApp.

RESULTS

 

• With 1 month duration, the action was carried out in 40 cities in the states of Sao     

   Paulo, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, and Santa Catarina.

• More than 2,000 customers satisfied with the service and presented to new labels 

   by Concha Y Toro.
